In matters of civil liability in general, and in special areas of medical and construction responsibilities, banking markets, accidents at work, concessions, consumer protection, environmental damage, family law, unfair competition, pre-contractual. Extensive experience in land, sea and air transportations, multimodal and insurance.

First instance at Civil, Labor, Family and Criminal Courts, at Courts of Appeals and Supreme Court. Arbitral Courts.

Member of the International Insurance Law Association, Chilean Section (AIDA)
